Product information Myprotein L-Carnitine 180 tabs

L-Carnitine is created in the body from the amino acids Lysine and Methionine . It is synthesized primarily in the liver and kidneys, and must be transported for use by other body tissues. It is found at high levels in tissues that use fatty acids as their main source of energy, such as skeletal and cardiac muscles.

L-Carnitine has been proven to have anti-aging and nourishing properties, and the effects of its use as a supplement have been the subject of extensive research in many areas, including exercise performance and weight loss.

Format:

Bottle of 180 tablets.

How to use:

As a dietary supplement, it is recommended to take 2 tablets 2 to 3 times a day.

Ingredients:

L-carnitine-L-tartrate, microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), calcium carbonate DC 90% (bulking agent), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), silicone dioxide (anti-caking agent), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (glazing agent), Vegetable glycerin (glazing agent), carnauba wax (glazing agent).

Hola Roberto, la dosis recomendada es de 2 cápsulas al día (sólo los días que entrenes). Te recomendamos tomarlo durante 2-3 meses seguidos y a continuación descansar 2-3 semanas para evitar que tuuerpo se acostumbre y el suplemento pierda efectividad. El consumo de esta L-Carnitina es diario o solo los días que entrenas? Descanso siempre los lunes y viernes y me gustaría saber si esos días también debo de consumirla, gracias

Hola Franci, para que la l-carnitina sea realmente efectiva, debe tomarse media hora antes de hacer un ejercicio de tipo aeróbico (preferentemente), ya que promueve el uso de la grasa como fuente de energía. Por ello, no es necesario que la tomes los días de descanso. No dudes en hacernos cualquier otra consulta que tengas al respecto. Atentamente, Equipo Bulevip
