Protein is the basic nutrient for muscle recovery. Among the existing protein sources, whey protein is one of the richest in highly bioavailable branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), essential nutrients for muscle regeneration as they stimulate the synthesis of muscle proteins. • Carbohydrates (18.9 g):
