EXPLIVAR® PLUS contains 535mg of atomized extract of Polypodium leucotomos per serving and is free of additives.

In the different doctoral theses and studies published on Polypodium leucotomos, biochemical parameters that measure muscle damage such as cortisol and creatinephosphokinase (CPK) have been studied, observing a significant reduction (p<0.05) of these markers in the group that ingested the plant extract.

It contains isomaltulose, a disaccharide carbohydrate composed of glucose and fructose that, through an enzymatic process, achieves a low glycemic index, lower than that of common sucrose, allowing a slow assimilation of these sugars.
