Glutamine+BCAA , from Vitobest® , is made from L-Glutamine and BCAA . The first is the amino acid that contributes to protein synthesis, the transfer of nitrogen between organs and tissues, and to prevent muscle protein catabolism. The latter constitute a combination of branched-chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine, in 2:1:1 ratios) that are involved in protein synthesis, recovery after aerobic exercise, and the reduction or eradication from fatigue.

In addition to enhancing protein synthesis (the main function of both ingredients), their synergy helps prevent a decrease in plasma glutamine concentration during long-term intense exercise 1 .

Glutamine+BCAA , from Vitobest® , uses only 100% Ajinomoto® amino acids (recognized for being obtained through vegetable fermentation ), and is enriched with vitamin B6 (Quali®-B) (DSM®) , which can help our body to reduce tiredness and fatigue, to regulate hormonal activity and to maintain the normal functioning of the nervous system.
