Prisma Natural Premium Glutamine + Probiotics are products suitable for celiacs, lactose intolerant or sensitive to dairy or gluten proteins . It is a line free of transgenic or genetically modified ingredients, without BSE and TSE additives.

Properties:

L-Glutamine: It is indicated mainly for athletes who seek to increase their muscle mass, improve their performance and resistance by reducing cramps and preventing muscle pain.

It is also used by athletes for rapid physical recovery after intense activity, since it is highly effective when it comes to replenishing the glycogen that produces energy.

Probiotics:

Stimulates the immune system of the intestine.

En la caja indica: Ingredientes por 1 stick: L-Glutamina 2.000 mg, Lactobacillus acidophilus 1.000 mg, Inulina 375 mg, Lactobacillus plantarum 333 mg, Lactococcus lactis 333 mg y Bifidobacterium lactis 333 mg. Y en otro sitio, también pone: Lactobacillus acidophilus 1,0E+09 ufc, Lactobacillus plantarum 3,33E+08, Lactococcus lactis 3,33E+08, Bifidobacterium lactis 3,33E+08. Espero que te pueda servir.

Puedes buscar el nombre del producto y te vienen todas las propiedades que tiene. Yo no puedo responderte porque no soy conocedor del tema, lo tomo por prescripción médica. Lo siento.

Pues quería adjuntarte una foto con la descripción, pero no me deja.... Te lo escribo: 1 stick: L-Glutamina 2000mg, Lactobacillus acidophilus 1000mg, Inulina 375mg, Lactibacillus plantarum 333mg, Lactococcus lactis 333mg y Bifidobacterium lactis 333mg. Vienen 30 sticks de 4,37grs.
