Hola Carlos, aunque este producto tenga aspecto de barrita en realidad con gominolas más pequeñas por lo que serían 5 unidades de estas gominolas. En cualquier caso, te recomendamos ir probando este producto en tus entrenamientos e ir adaptando las cantidades a tu necesidades 😉 No dudes en hacernos cualquier otra consulta que tengas al respecto.
