226ers BCAA amino acids are a food supplement based on branched chain amino acids (leucine, valine and isoleucine) in a 8:1:1 ratio, enriched with Vitamin B6 and without lactose .
BCAAs help athletes maintain optimal glycogen levels and have an anabolic effect, which helps both recovery and muscle development.

There are several alternatives on when to take BCAAs . We recommend dividing the intake before and after exercise to get the most out of it, but if it is more comfortable for you, you can consume them only once before or after exercise.
