Contains HMB or β-Hydroxy β-Methyl-Butyrate , a derivative of the amino acid leucine that promotes energy production, muscle recovery, helps fat loss and slows catabolism. The formula adds an extra glutamine and leucine so that the key amino acids in muscle formation are not missing.
