Hola, Para un maratón en 2:35/40 sería conveniente tomar una antes de empezar y otra cuando lleve una hora corriendo??? O con tomar una a mitad de carrera vale ??? No lo he probado nunca y no se que estrategia a la hora de tomarlo seguir. Muchas Gracias.

Hola, las indicaciones te dicen que tienes que tomar 1 a los 90' y después otro a las 2h. De todos modos en las indicaciones te viene reflejado.

Buenos dias! A mi me recomendaron tomar uno antes de la carrera y otro cada dos horas de carrera. Si la carrera es de menos de 2h no haría falta aunque supongo que si hace mucho calor también puede ayudar.

En deportes de fondo tomar un sobre de Totum antes de iniciar el ejercicio, durante y/o después. Si la duración del entrenamiento o competición es superior a 1 hora tomar cada 1-2h durante el ejercicio. Las transiciones de triatlón son un momento excelente para tomar Totum Sport.

Hola. Depende de las condiciones de calor/humedad del día de carrera. Yo la uso en ultras de montaña de más horas de duración que una maratón de asfalto y suelo tomar un sobre cada 1h30, pudiendo tomar también uno antes de salir si quieres. Si es un día con condiciones más extremas, uno cada hora puede servir. Ojo, todo ello basado en mi propia experiencia como deportista amateur.

Yo me suelo tomar una antes y otra a mitad del recorrido. Mezclando con un poco de agua y sales. Me encanta este producto por qué no me molesta para nada en el estómago.

Buenas, yo siempre he tomado capsulas de sales, me lo han recomendado y lo tengo que probar aun. Por lo que me recomendaron, tomar un sobre diluido en carreras largas con 250ml de agua, aproximadamente. Insisto que no lo he probado aun. Cada persona es diferente.

Hola Juan Manuel! Se recomienda tomar 1 sobre de Totum Sport durante ejercicios con una duración igual o superior a 90 minutos. Es importante repetir la toma cada 2 o 3 horas de actividad continuada, en función del nivel de exigencia. Te recomendamos que pruebes este producto durante los entramientos, hasta dar con la dosis que mejor te funciona, ya que los resultados pueden variar de una persona a otra. Hola Miguel! Depende del tiempo que te lleve completar la carrera y de tu nivel de exigencia, pero, para que tengas una referencia, es recomendable tomar unos de estos sobres cada 1'5 horas de esfuerzo continuado. Atentamente, Equipo Bulevip
