During the practice of long-term and high-intensity interval exercises, a certain loss of mineral salts occurs through sweating and the increase in respiratory rate as a mechanism to dissipate the increase in temperature generated by energy production. The loss of water and mineral salts (electrolytes) can be increased when the temperature reaches or exceeds 25º.
Among these mineral salts , sodium is especially important, since it is the mineral excreted in the greatest quantity through sweat, around 500-600 mg of sodium/hour, depending on the weather conditions (temperature, humidity...) , intensity, duration and adaptation to the environment.

How to use:
Dissolve 2 measures of the powder (40 g) for every 500 ml of water. Take small sips immediately before, during and after the competition. Contains meter.
