The recommended dose is 35 grams (1 heaped measuring cup) dissolved in 180-250 ml of water, skimmed milk or your favorite drink. Take 1 to 3 doses a day depending on the need for protein.

Hola, para antes de entreno o prueba, no suelo consumirla, consumo hidratos. La proteina la utilizo para después de entrenos y después de pruebas, como recuperador muscular. Ésta en particular va perfecta, ninguna molestia estomacal.

Muy buenas Acabo de comprar las proteinas Amix Whey Pure Fusion,en el bote aconseja tomar un cacillo al día (35 gramos) sin embargo tenía entendido que.la dosis diaria de proteínas era 1 gramo /kilo aproximadamente. Es la primera vez que tomo proteínas ,peso 86 kilos práctico trailrunning 4 días a la semana y dos de fuerza en el gimnasio,que cantidad debería tomar después de entrenar? Gracias y un saludo

Hola Sergio, la dosis recomendada es de 35 gramos (1 vaso dosiﬁcador colmado). No obstante, se puede tomar de 1 a 3 dosis al día dependiendo de la necesidad de proteínas. En tu caso te recomendamos comenzar con 2 dosis diarias, y si en unas semanas ves que no es suficiente, ampliar a tres. No dudes en hacernos cualquier otra consulta, Atentamente, Equipo Bulevip
