Omega-3 EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and Omega-3 DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) are essential long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids essential for the functioning of our body, since they contribute to the normal functioning of the heart with all the advantages that this brings to any individual who consumes them whether they are athletes or not.
