Carbonox® concentrated carbohydrate powder, food intended to cover the costs of intense muscular effort , especially for athletes. With sugars and sweeteners.

A composition of properly selected carbohydrates (95%) with a differentiated particle size: innovative maltodextrins, active glucose and isomaltulose**, enriched with a complex of minerals, vitamins and L-arginine.

Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after high-intensity or long-term physical exercise that leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stored in skeletal muscles.

The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming carbohydrates from all sources at a total intake of 4 g per kg of body weight, in doses taken within four hours (or at most six) after finishing a physical exercise of high intensity or long duration leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles.

Product intended for adults, athletes and people who practice recreational sports , and who perform intense or prolonged physical effort.

How to use:

Take 2-4 servings a day, depending on the frequency and intensity of training and body weight. Add 1 serving (50g = 1 scoop) in approximately 100 ml1 of water, drink 30 min before or after training. Not suitable for diabetics.
