The product supplies additional L-glutamine, in crystalline and pure form, the common consumption pattern. It is specially designed for active people and athletes.

How to use:

Take 1 serving (1 capsule) three times a day with plenty of water - before breakfast, after training and at bedtime.

89.5% L-glutamine, bulking agents – microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, capsule (gelatin, coloring: E 171).

Hola Inés! Si en el producto no especificamos que es libre de gluten, no lo recomendamos para celíacos, ya que puede contener al menos trazas.
