AMIX™ Performance BCAA-XT is a supplement of branched chain amino acids in a 2:1:1 scale in the following order: leucine, isoluecine and valine . This supplement has a structural purpose, it is about three amino acids with great importance in the muscle , so they are very important both for the recovery and for the protection of the muscle.

How to use:

For muscular protection: Impact activities (running, trail, etc...) take 4 capsules 30 min before high intensity training.

To improve recovery: Take 4 capsules with your recuperator (50 g of RECOPRO).

Ingredients:

L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, gelatin capsule (based on pure gelatin, water, color: titanium dioxide), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide). May contain traces of milk, eggs, crustaceans and soy.
