Vitobest® egg whites are an excellent source of protein, very rich in essential amino acids, low in carbohydrates and extremely low in fat.

Egg albumin.

HOW TO USE

For its use it is recommended to take it in a shake, adding 100 ml of water to the mixer and sweeten to taste. Then we shake it well and it's ready to drink! We have to take into account that it produces foam, so we recommend letting it rest for a few minutes before drinking.

Another way of using it that we recommend is the traditional method in the pan, adding the amount that is required, taking into account that a saucepan is approximately 10 egg whites and adding one or more whole eggs depending on the desired objective, thus obtaining a juicy tortilla to taste.

FIT RECIPE WITH VITOBEST EGG WHITES

The ingredients you need are:

40 gr of Vitobest powdered egg whites .
100 ml of water
10 g of Isolate CFM Zero Neutral flavor Vitobest
10 g onion and garlic powder
18g almond flour
5g yeast
1g of salt

To make it, all you have to do is whip the egg whites into powder with water and salt. You must obtain a consistent dough. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix with encircling movements. Grease a frying pan and turn it to a minimum and pour the dough and leave it for 3 minutes on each side.

Cut in half and fill with whatever you want!
