HOW TO USE

Take 1 to 2 capsules daily after dinner or before going to bed, as needed, until regular intestinal transit. It is advisable to drink plenty of water or juices during the day, as well as to gradually include vegetable fiber in the diet (whole wheat bread, bran, etc...), until finally the use of the product is no longer necessary.
