They contain the necessary levels of sodium and other electrolytes for proper hydration during exercise. Ideal product to replenish fluid, sodium and other electrolytes that are lost through perspiration during exercise.
Format:
Tube with 15 tablets.
Flavor:
Raspberry.
How to use:
Dissolve 1 or 2 effervescent tablets in 500ml of water per hour of exercise.
Drink a minimum of 500ml of solution per hour of prolonged effort.
