Soy protein extract boasts the highest protein content of any other soy protein powder. Our soy protein extract is made from 100% non-transgenic defatted soybeans following an astringent process that removes most of the fat and carbohydrate content. The resulting product achieves 90% more protein content with the minimum amount of fat and carbohydrate.

Soy Protein Extract is the perfect choice for vegetarians, vegans and those on specific diets such as lactose intolerant diets. Soy protein extract gets an unfair reputation for being inferior to other high-quality proteins like whey protein, but it is actually a complete source of protein just like other protein sources like whey and milk. Its moderate digestion rate makes it the perfect accompaniment to whey protein.

Soy protein extract does NOT affect estrogen production as suggested by various unfounded myths. How to use;

Add 250-350ml of water or milk to the shaker (the less liquid you add, the thicker the shake will be). Then add 1 large, heaping scoop of MP (30g), shake the mixture and it's ready to eat. Take it 2-3 times a day or as required.

Please note that this nutritional information refers to the version without flavorings. In the flavored versions, the protein content is approximately 3% lower for most flavors. However, in the case of chocolate and due to the added cocoa, the reduction is approximately 8%.
