Buena combinación de oligoelementos para la eliminación de metales pesados, no hay problema de combinarlos en el mismo día, existen algunos estudios con ratas que sugirieron que la toma a la vez tenía efectos negativos en la próstata pero nada concluyente. Yo llevo años tomándolo a la vez y diario.

Leí que unos estudios habian demostrado que combinando la Coenzima Q10 y el Selenio ejercia una revitalizacio muy considerable. Yo lo tomé y a simple vista no puedo comentar nada al respecto.
