BETA ALANINE 120 caps is a food supplement in capsules to swallow based on beta-alanine. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids.

Format:

Bottle of 120 capsules.

How to use:

The first 6 weeks take 4 capsules a day, preferably divided into 2 doses of 2 capsules each. From the seventh week, lower the dose to a single dose of 2 capsules a day. Try to separate shots from protein foods.

Ingredients:

Beta-alanine, glazing agent hydroxypropulmethylcellulose (HPMC) and anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate). May contain traces of milk, soy, gluten, fish and egg.
Content: 120 caps. 935 mg. Recommended daily dose: 4 capsules a day
