Solgar Vitamin B-Complex 50 is a food supplement which brings together a wide variety of active principles and elements.

It is a high potency basic B vitamin complex in an herbal base essential for the proper maintenance of enzymatic mechanisms. These are noticeably altered by an inadequate diet and a disordered and stressful lifestyle.

A combination of 50 mg of B vitamins can provide the necessary amount to maintain the functioning of many metabolic actions.
