Tulasi Himalaya contains Holy basil , a plant traditionally used to care for the respiratory system. In Ayurveda medicine it is used for its antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and expectorant properties, which is why it is very useful in respiratory tract infections.
Tulasi leaves are used to relieve cold symptoms, headaches, and fever.
