Zinc and Magnesium is a combination of two essential minerals (zinc and magnesium) and vitamin B6. The diet does not normally provide the adequate amount of zinc and magnesium, although vitamin B6 does. Zinc from zinc methionine and aspartate is in the most abundant form for the body and magnesium is in the citrate form.

How to use:

As a dietary supplement, men should take 3 capsules (women take 2 capsules) daily, preferably on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes before bed. For best results, avoid taking them with food or dairy or calcium-containing supplements.
