226ERS HydraZero is a drink rich in mineral salts that is very beneficial for replenishing the electrolytes required during exercise. They will help you perform better not only in competition moments, but also during training.
Each sachet of this drink provides 500 mg of sodium to improve hydration and which, in addition, will balance body fluids.
As it is an isotonic drink, it has an osmolarity that is below blood plasma, which will favor intracellular hydration. In addition, this drink decreases the risk of digestive disorders.
It is formulated with stevia, so it does not contain added artificial sugars, thus replenishing electrolytes without assuming a higher calorie intake.
