Its use is especially recommended for intense physical exercises or competitions lasting less than 90' and as hydration and recharge of mineral salt deposits prior to competitions and recovery of mineral salt levels after physical exercise.

Mineral salts and water must be balanced for optimal performance:

- Lack of water causes DEHYDRATION.
- Lack of salts causes HYPONATREMIA.
- Both reduce performance and can be fatal.

We must provide liquid and salts to the body, it is not worth providing only water.

How to use:

Pour into 500ml of water and shake. Consume regularly in small doses of 150ml every 15/20 minutes, approximately 500ml every 60 minutes, before, during and after exercise. In case of high temperatures or situations of large liquid losses, dilute 20g in one liter of water.
