Product information Gen Professional Sprintgen 1 gel x 40 ml

SPRINT GEN is a Gel that is simple in its composition but highly effective if what we are looking for is a quick energy source, either at the end of an endurance test, or a short high-intensity test (maximum 1 hour).

SPRINTGEN in the GEL format, is a mixture between Carbohydrates: Maltodextrin, Glucose and caffeine.

MAIN COMPOSITION

Carbohydrates: Composed of Maltodextrin and Glucose in a 2-1 ratio, it has been shown that multiple transport carbohydrates are much more efficient when it comes to providing energy, both have a high glycemic index, so it is not a recommended gel for long periods of time. duration, since due to its high caffeine content it is not advisable to take more than two gels per test.

Maltodextrin would be a carbohydrate of medium assimilation and Glucose is a sugar or simple carbohydrate from which energy is obtained for rapid use by the body. So apart from the fact that it can help us get out of the famous bird, it can help us give everything at the end of an important test.

Caffeine: Being a stimulant of the central nervous system, it increases the synapse or communication between nerve cells or neurons. For this reason, caffeine has the ability to nullify or reduce drowsiness. In addition, it increases alertness and concentration. Produces an exciting effect of muscle contractions, so performance is improved, especially in long-term training or competitions. Provides greater resistance to fatigue.

SPRINT GEN is recommended to take it at the end of a test to do one last sprint, and take it as an emergency in case we have an important bird since the effect is in a few minutes, with this and other similar gels it is advisable to take minerals during the test Since caffeine, although it has many advantages, demineralizes us excessively and can lead us to have muscle ramps during the test, for these cases MINGEN is a very good option.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

In short and high intensity tests (30 minutes to 1 hour) take 1 GEL as soon as the test begins, in medium distance tests (approx. 2 hours) take a Gel from the middle of the test. In long distance tests, only take 1 GEL when we have 30 minutes left to finish the test, before you can take other sources of carbohydrates or EVO GEN as a very good solution.

In any case, with this or any product that you consume, you should try it during training, to better understand how to use it, since each individual is different and has a greater or lesser sensitivity depending on which active ingredients.

Contains caffeine. If you are especially sensitive to caffeine, its use is not recommended.
