With one capsule you get 1000mg of L-carnitine L-tartrate as well as the acetylated version, acetyl-L-carnitine (ALC) which has slightly different characteristics.
Format:
A bottle of 60 capsules.
How to use:
Take 1 serving (1 capsule) 60 minutes before training. You can take an extra dose a day.
