How to use:

- How is it taken?

If you are an athlete:

Take this hypotonic drink with mineral salts Before and After exercise: 1 sachet in half a liter of water.
During intense exercises: 1 sachet in a liter of water. You can add 10 gr of sugar.
If you have muscular discomfort
1 envelope in a liter of water. Drink throughout the day. For a long period of time.

Ingredients:

Sodium citrate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride. Other ingredients: magnesium carbonate (E504), calcium phosphate (E341iii), orange flavor and orange coloring E-110, Acidulant: citric acid (E330). Sweeteners: Sodium Saccharin (E954) and Acesulfame Potassium (E 950).
