Explivar 15 Sticks X 6.5 Gr from Infisport is a food supplement to dissolve in water based on Polypodium leucotomos variety Phlebodium that aims to increase strength during exercise and thus improve aerobic resistance.
This supplement protects against cell damage, which favors the improvement of aerobic resistance, allowing higher workloads to be reached, slowing anaerobic metabolism, and the consequences that this entails in terms of accumulation of acid substances and muscle fatigue.
In addition, the same modulating effect on the concentration of hydroperoxides is observed. As a consequence of the reduction of muscle catabolism and a consequent increase in strength.
Take a stick at breakfast and/or dinner dissolved in 150 ml of water.
In periods of intense training and/or competitions, take one sachet before breakfast and dinner during the 4, 6 or 8 weeks that the period lasts.
In one-day competitions: one or two days before and one or two days after, take 1 sachet at the beginning of breakfast and 1 at the beginning of dinner. On the day of the competition, take 1 sachet before breakfast, 1 during the test or immediately after and 1 before dinner.
It is not recommended to exceed the recommended daily dose.
