SMART FUEL MCT C8 is an energy cream with a creamy texture formulated with nut creams that provide about 120 kcal per unit and is characterized by its high fat content.

It is formulated mainly by Palatinosa, MCT C8 and L-Carnitine:

• Provides 5g of Palatinose per unit: Offers a prolonged energy release, perfect during and after exercise. It causes fewer insulin spikes, favoring the use of glucose at the cellular level in a shorter time and maintaining the blood sugar level for longer. It has a rapid gastric emptying, favoring digestion and reducing gastrointestinal discomfort.
• With 4g of MCT C8 per unit, of COCO origin, it provides superior quality fatty acids so as not to resort to glycogen reserves during physical exercise. Provides continuous energy in prolonged exercise and helps reduce lactate accumulation.
• And 300mg of L-Carnitine per unit: Helps transport long-chain fatty acids to cellular mitochondria, increasing the supply of energy to the muscle and promoting greater blood flow in the area. Increases the production of ketones that prevent protein catabolism. Save glucose and muscle glycogen thus improving performance, recovery and reducing muscle tissue damage.
