MICELLAR CASEIN by BIG® is a sports supplement of the highest quality micellar casein made from Solmiko® from Glanbia Nutritionals®. Casein is the most abundant protein in milk, representing approximately 80% of the total amount of protein present, which contains calcium and phosphorus as well as other micronutrients such as iron, zinc and copper. The casein is obtained without the use of chemical substances, through a filtration system.

BIG® MICELLAR CASEIN is the supplement that contains the highest percentage of bioactive peptides (between 85-92% protein) and very low levels of fat and lactose. The digestion of micellar casein is very slow in the stomach, extending the release of its amino acids to periods of more than 7 hours. This characteristic gives it the ability to stimulate protein synthesis and combat catabolism after intense training for a long period of time.

HOW TO USE
Add 1 scoop (30g) and mix with 300-350ml of water or skimmed milk (for a thicker shake use less liquid, for a thinner shake use more).
For best results, first pour the liquid and then the product into a shaker or mixer. Take immediately after preparation.
Consume before sleeping.
