Sinceramente, en el producto pone una dosis diaria como recomendación, pero yo ahora que estoy en definición estoy tomando lo que te han comentado, un cacito en ayunas y otro intraentreno.

Hola Cristian, el hecho de hacer una toma o dos dependerá de tus objetivos, tipo de entrenamiento, dieta y tolerancia a ingredientes estimulantes. Si haces una sóla toma, que sería lo ideal, recomendamos hacerla en la media hora previa al entrenamiento. Los días que no entrenes, puedes hacerla en cualquier momento de la mañana que desees.
