Our best matrix, with 6 types of creatine , provides, among others, the most advanced form of creatine. This dose of creatine (at least 3 grams per day) has been scientifically shown to improve physical performance in successive bouts of short, high-intensity exercise

How to use:

Mix each dose in 400 ml of water. In the "loading phase" take 1 daily dose (6 g) of CREA-BOMB for every 15 kg of body weight¬*** (thus, the creatine will saturate your muscles faster). Spread these doses throughout the day and take them before meals. After 5 days, take only one dose per day for maintenance. If you want to forgo the “loading phase”, start by taking 1 serving daily. *** You should not take more than 6 doses of Crea-Bomb!.
