Glutamine + essential branched chain amino acids

The branched-chain essential amino acids (BCAAs) leucine, isoleucine, and valine are essential because our bodies cannot manufacture them. They constitute 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins. Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in human blood.

Glutamine may be a conditionally essential amino acid in certain situations, including intensive physical training, when the body cannot synthesize enough glutamine to meet its needs. These (conditionally) essential amino acids can be supplied through dietary protein intake, including through dietary supplements.

Our G-BCAA formula contains a 1:1:1:1 ratio of glutamine , leucine , isoleucine and valine .

How to use:

Take 3 capsules 1 to 4 times a day. The best time to consume it is before or after training, before going to bed or between meals.
