HCA (hydroxycitric acid) is extracted from the Garcinia cambogia plant. The HCA content of the Scitec Nutrition® HCA supplement is 60%. Other brands may contain significantly less of this active ingredient. HCA can help control weight and body fat and decrease feelings of hunger.

Chitosan is a derivative of chitin , an amino acid polysaccharide fiber found in the shell of crustaceans. Chitosan goes through a process called deacetylation, which refers to the removal of acetyl groups.

Bottle of 100 capsules.

How to use:

Take two doses (4 capsules) a day, 30 minutes before lunch or dinner. In case of taking other supplements, in order to avoid any type of nutritional deficiency, take them in the morning or at another time of the day, when you are not taking chitosan.

Ingredients:

Garcinia cambogia extract (60% hydroxycitric acid), chitosan, glazing agent (gelatin; colors: titanium dioxide, red iron oxide, allura red*), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate) * May have negative effects on activity and child care.
