Branched-chain essential amino acids (BCAAs) are a major group of essential amino acids made up of leucine , isoleucine , and valine . Branched-chain essential amino acids are among the nine essential amino acids for humans, since our bodies cannot manufacture them. Its only source is our daily food or food supplements.

On the other hand, they constitute 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins .

Vitamins B5, B6 and B12 are also included in our formula. These vitamins contribute to normal energy metabolism and reduce tiredness and fatigue.
