Hola! me alimento muy sano y hago especificame 30 min de ejercicio intenso 5 días [además de tener actividad diaria en lo laboral y vida cotidiana]. Quisiera saber entre este Fat Burner y el Amix ThermoCore 90 cuál me dará mejores resultados [junto con Amix CLA1200 120 y Carniline1500 120]. Muchas Gracias!

El xfat te dará muy buenos resultados si lo que vas buscando es una pérdida de grasa junto con el ejercicio de cardio

Hola mi pregunta es, son 2 pastillas media hora de hacer deporte? Hay que beber agua? Como quema grasas, cuando tomas las dos pastillas es obligatorio hacer deporte o actúa como tal? Gracias!

Hola César, la dosiss es de 3 cápsulas diarias aproximadamente 30-60 minutos antes del ejercicio físico. Si no haces deporte, también puedes tomarlas por la mañana o al mediodía, pero para conseguir unos resultados óptimos, debes acompañarlas con un entrenamiento y alimentación específicos para la pérdida de peso. Hola, en el bote pone que son 5 capsulas, pero yo empece con 2 y poco a poco fui subiendo. Efectivamente media hora antes de entrenar y con un vaso de agua. No es una cosa que funcione por arte de magia, si no haces un entrenamiento, no vas a definir solo por tomar las capsulas, como todo es un extra que te ayuda en tus entrenamientos, pero no hace mágia como digo.

Yo lo tomo antes d entrenar, media hora.pero sino entreno lo tomo antes d la comida , media hora tb.si dos pastillas.empezar con una sino está acostumbrado.
