Haver en primer lugar yo medica no soy pero si que es verdad que yo tengo las rodillas bastantes fastididas,para que te agas a la idea me las tengo que operar y cambiar x prótesis te lo dijo xq yo dado mi alto rendimiento de entrenamiento los tomo y me funcionan bastante bien. Opino q te iran genial pero tambien tienes que tener mucha constancia los resultados se aprecian a largo plazo es decir q con una semana solo no lo vas a notar el canbio espero haver te ayudado un saludo

Hola!! Pues yo supongo que el calcio no te va a hacer mal para los huesos. Pero bueno, que el traumatólogo será la persona más indicada para contestarte. Yo lo uso por menopausia, osteoporosis, problema de hueso en la boca... Pero milagros, pues no.

Se tendria que complementar con vitamina d vitamina k proteinas y antioxidantes todo junto ayuda a la reparacion de las articulaciones y huesos pero si no se puede invertir en todo lo suyo es calcio vitamina d y vitamina k
