Easy to swallow capsules that have natural caffeine (100 mg/cap.) from guarana and P-synephrine (10 mg) from bitter orange.

The use of caffeine is widespread and scientific evidence proves that it reduces fatigue, improves muscle contractions, increases alertness and favors concentration, reduces the perception of exertion (less "muscular pain") and stimulates the use of fats as energy substrate.

For its part, P-synephrine has a close relationship with liposis during exercise; breaks down free fatty acids in the blood to be used, thus increasing the oxidation of these fats with the consequent saving of glycogen.

How to use:

- It is recommended to take 1 or 2 capsules with water depending on the athlete's weight and their tolerance to caffeine between 45' - 60' before the activity.
