Turmeric , with a characteristic intense yellow color, is extracted from the root of the herbaceous plant with the same name. Throughout history, it has been used as a natural colorant and as a spice, as well as for medicinal purposes, being one of the most important components of a group of compounds called curcuminoids, which include Curcumin .

How to use:

Add a teaspoon to vegetable drinks, salads and smoothies. It is advisable to accompany it with fat (example: coconut oil) to improve assimilation by the body. 1 tablespoon of tea = 5 gr.
