Amix Glutamine + BCAA Powder is a nutritional supplement made from branched chain amino acids (BCAA's) with the optimal 2:1:1 ratio, and enriched with micronized L-glutamine, one of the most important amino acids for the development and maintenance of muscle mass.
L-glutamine or glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body, since it accounts for more than 60% of the amino acid reserve in skeletal muscle. It is considered a "conditional" amino acid given its importance, since the body increases its amount in situations of prolonged stress, high intensity training, injury recovery, etc...
Glutamine promotes cellular hydration by producing water retention within the cell, thereby enhancing anabolic processes, increasing strength and muscle volume. The basic daily dose is 2 scoops (10 g), dividing the intake into 1 scoop (5 g) with 200 ml of water or juice, approximately 30-60 minutes before training and another scoop (5 g) after training.
