Both in long-term physical activity and in strength or high-intensity interval sports, the practice of exercise entails certain muscle damage. The two main reasons are: the use of protein as an energy source and the micro-lesions produced by the thousands of contractions of the muscle fibers.

Protein is the most important macronutrient for the formation and maintenance of muscle mass and, unlike carbohydrates, the body is not capable of storing it. On the other hand, ISO WHEY Leucine+ has been enriched with L-leucine (Kyowa Quality®), an essential branched amino acid with greater anabolic evidence, as well as vitamin B6 contributing to normal protein metabolism.

All of this makes it possible to obtain a gluten-free shake with a high protein concentration and easy assimilation that provides 25 g of protein of high biological value per serving and, depending on the flavor, between 6.91 and 7.12 grams of BCAA'S.

How to use:
