SEQUENTIAL PROTEIN combines in its composition three protein sources with different absorption speeds, favoring the immediate supply of amino acids and sustained until the end of the digestion of the slower protein source.

Contains a source of whey concentrate of high biological value (Lacprodan®, Arla Foods Ingredients Group P/s.) Whey is the liquid that remains after removing casein and fat from milk after adding rennet (enzyme that makes milk coagulate). It is composed of beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactalbumin, albumin (from bovine serum), lactoferrin, immunoglobulins, lactoperoxidases, glycomacropeptides, lactose, and minerals. With the exception of minerals, also present in casein, the other components are only found in whey2.

Contains a source of protein from calcium caseinate with high biological value and slow digestion characteristic of this source. Casein represents between 75 and 80% of the total proteins in milk, being responsible for its white color. Like the proteins found in whey, casein is a complete protein and also contains calcium, phosphorus and other minerals1.

Casein is in the form of micelles, which are large colloidal particles whose main characteristic is to form clots in the stomach, which will allow slower digestion, releasing amino acids into the bloodstream in a sustained and constant manner for hours. In this way, the body's ability to absorb, retain and use protein intake more efficiently is improved.

Its formulation concentrates a high protein content, is low in sugar and is gluten-free, providing between 28 and 31 g of protein per serving and an essential amino acid content between 10.52 and 12.1 g depending on flavor. How to use:
