Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a plant native to India and southern Africa. It has been used regularly in Ayurvedic medicine. It is known as one of the main "rejuvenators" (or rasayanas).
Tests have shown the various uses of this plant, which is considered a polypharmacological asset, whose therapeutic components provide various benefits for the body: antioxidant, antitumor, anti-inflammatory, aphrodisiac, stimulant, immunomodulatory, anti-stress and adaptogenic activity.

HOW TO USE:
Add 1 to 2 teaspoons (3 to 6 g) of Ashwagandha to recipes like smoothies, oatmeal, and yogurt. Ashwagandha has a very intense and underappreciated flavor, however you can add something like cocoa to disguise the taste while still having a super nutritious bite.
