HOW TO USE:

Heat 200 ml of water and add 1/2 teaspoon of Gold Nutrition Organic Ginger and boil for 3 minutes. You can add a slice of lemon when drinking this tea. It can also be added to those preparations such as: stews, soups or any dish of preference.

Maximum 1 or 2 teaspoons (between 3 and 6 g) a day.
