What is Rego Rapid Recovery 500 gr?

SIS REGO Rapid Recovery is a mixture of carbohydrates and proteins that help speed recovery after intensive exercise.

Contains 26g of world class protein per serving that is high in glutamine and lactose free to help repair muscles and boost immune function.

With multiple energy substrates to replenish muscle and liver glycogen stores.

With sodium and potassium to optimize hydration and with essential B vitamins, magnesium, zinc and phosphorus for energy production.

How to use

It is designed to be consumed within 30 minutes of exercise and not mixed with milk as it will slow down the rate of absorption.
Add 50g (approx 3 scoops) to 500ml of water in a cocktail shaker or bottle and mix well, making sure the lid is on tight.

It is recommended not to exceed more than three servings a day. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
