It has the vitamin B complex and vitamin C in a high dose, in addition to essential minerals such as magnesium , selenium and zinc . Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune and nervous systems and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also helps maintain normal immune system function during and after strenuous exercise (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200mg in addition to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C)!
Vitamin B2 contributes to the normal maintenance of vision and red blood cells. Folate contributes to the normal synthesis of amino acids .
Mega Daily One Plus has 250% of the Recommended Daily Allowance of vitamin D3 ! Vitamin D contributes to the normal maintenance of muscles and the normal functioning of the immune system and the normal absorption / utilization of calcium and phosphorus.

How to use:
