The Glutamine GoldNutrition® formula is a formula that contains, per capsule, 1 gram of high quality and pure L-glutamine. Its presentation in 1 gram tablets allows adjusting the intake to different doses of creatine glutamine depending on the purpose for which the supplement is used.

How to use:
