Cane sugar is obtained from the juice of sugar cane without processing or refining,
from organic crops, through mechanical processes that respect the environment
Sugarcane juice is evaporated with heat treatment to remove moisture
generating a thick molasses from which the different types of
sugars. After the sugar crystallizes, it is centrifuged to get the granulated sugar.
Depending on the centrifugation speed, the sugar takes on a more or less light color.
This semi-white sugar is whiter than our usual cane sugar for
this reason. It is not subjected to bleaching with chemicals.
